How it Works
Gym benches are slippery. You push with your legs and your upper back slides up the bench. The mat lies flat under your upper back and holds it in place, so your leg drive goes into the bar.
Advanced Grip Polymer. The same grip on every bench. No chalk, towel or band.
How do I use it?
- Lay it on the bench where your upper back goes.
- Set your shoulders and arch once.
- Drive with your legs and press.
Flat barbell bench, incline press and dumbbell press.
