The Odyssey Bench Mat holds your back in place, so your leg drive goes into the bar and your shoulders stay set, on every bench in every gym.

Every Odyssey bench mat uses the same Advanced Grip Polymer surface, lies flat on any flat or incline bench, packs flat in a gym bag, and is tested by 700 lb+ benchers.
